334 Dispatch Board (1957 - 1960) |

About This Operating Accessory
The 334 Operating Dispatching Board (also called the Dispatch Board) was introduced by Lionel in 1957 and was sold for four years (through 1960). This accessory has a green & white front panel with slots that show the train arrival and departure data by means of a lighted dial. As the attendant moves across the front of the board, the dial spins to change the data. The back of the 334 displays the LIONEL TRAVEL CENTER store front with the illuminated Airex billboard. The top of this accessory is also decorated with a plastic simulated clock and two ornamental horns on the top of the black frame. The accessory came with a 90C controller (momentary button) which is used to initiate the cycle of the attendant moving and the dial spinning.

Additional Details
When operating this unit, care must be given to the amount of voltage used. Too
much can cause this accessory to easily go out of adjustment. Although the 334 is somewhat out
of scale, it has become a favorite with operators and is not easy to find in collector-quality
condition.
