Telephone Order
Call 732-271-5124 to place an order by phone. Our
phone lines are open every day from 9 AM until 10 PM (Eastern). Please note that during the
hours we are open, we may be on the phone with other customers or out buying trains. In that
case, you will get our voicemail greeting. Leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.
When you leave a message, please provide your name, telephone
number (including area code) and the best time for us to return your call.

You may
contact us to place an order by e-mail
IF you have previously ordered from us AND we have your credit card information
on file. If you choose this method, please let us know the last four digits of the credit card
you wish to use and if anything has changed (e.g. expiration date of the credit card, shipping
or billing address, phone number, etc.). We will confirm your order by e-mail and ask you to
acknowledge the confirmation.

You may fax your order anytime to 732-271-9285.
Please note that this is virtually a dedicated phone line for our fax machine so the fax should
go through immediately! If you do encounter a busy signal, we may be getting orders from other
customers or we may be using that line to process a credit card. Please re-send the fax a few
minutes later or contact us by phone or e-mail and tell us that you are trying to fax an order.
We will free up the fax line ASAP!

ordering. Since quantities are limited, we may not have the item in stock when your
order arrives. Please let us know how to contact you if that is the case. In
